- Standard Delivery For Orders £5.99 or below - £0.60

- Orders over £30 qualify for FREE postage
All items should be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of despatch. Despatch times vary depending on the items on your order, each product page details the despatch time for that item. If there is more than one item in your basket with different despatch times the longest despatch time will always apply.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery on orders placed for before 1pm*. Next day orders will be delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive. Orders placed on a Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be delivered on the following working day from despatch.
*Exceptions apply; please refer to each product page to find out if that item allows next day delivery. Ceramic and printed glassware do not qualify for Next Day Delivery due to the personalisation process, please refer to individual product pages for details of the delivery type that can be available.
Once items have been despatched, orders will be delivered using a tracked service. Despatch times vary depending on the items on your order, each product page details the time to despatch for that item. If there is more than one item in your basket with different despatch times the longest despatch time will always apply. Please note selecting tracked delivery does not decrease the lead time of a product.

What time of day will my order be delivered?
If you have selected Standard, Next Day or Tracked delivery then your parcel will be delivered between 8am – 6pm. If you have the next day is a Saturday, your parcel will be delivered between 7am – 1pm.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific time of day for your delivery.
Do you deliver outside of the UK and Ireland?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to international addresses.
Will I know when my order has been despatched?
Of course! We like to make sure you are constantly kept up to date, once your order has been despatched from us you will receive an email and your order status will be updated within your My Account page. If your order has been sent via Courier or Next Day you will also be able to track your order online.
My Parcel has been returned to you, what can I do?
If your parcel has been undeliverable once we receive the parcel back here at Gift Cookie we will contact you to arrange redelivery of your order. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any orders we have returned to us due to the nature of the products.
Can I send my order to more than one address?
If you would like your order shipping to more than one address you will need to check out separately for each delivery address.
Can I track my order?
If you have selected Next Day or Tracked delivery for your order you will be able to track your order via the Order History in your My Account history. Once your item has been despatched your tracking number will appear alongside your order, click on the tracking number to go directly to the Royal Mail website. You are not able to track orders for Standard Delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 24 working hours. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible:
- Email Address
- Postal Address
- Order Number
- Problem with fault
- Photo of the fault*
*If a photo is not included we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before processing your claim. Due to the nature of the products we offer all items which are personalised are non-refundable.

How long does my refund take?
Your refund can take up to 2 weeks to be actioned. Once the refund has been actioned it can take 2-5 working days to appear in your bank account as a credit.
Multiple refund requests
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone.
**You are not entitled to a cooling period under the Distant Selling Regulations for any item that is personalised or made to order.
